alright so /request is NOT for asking for goodies, it is asking for a available staff members, helping with hackers, glitches and etc. I REALLY hope this gets added so I wont have to bother staff and ask them while AFK. Also I think there should be a cool down of 1hr so no one spams available staff. Hope it gets added :D

That is a good suggestion! There is a command that contacts admins+ which is /helpop but not for moderators or watchers so this would be a good thing to have.
