Recruiting skillful people to hackers

so heres what u need to join the oblivionwarriors
1. must have at least full iron or diamond (example you can have 2 peices diamond but the other 2 must be diamond or iron)
2. must have a usefull skill (example mining, pvping, building, fishing, or grinding)
3. must be a member (donators can join too)
4. cannot be a greifer of your own faction
5. you must be a true oblivion warrior :P
6. and you must have at least 100$
