I like baking as well. My favorite goodies include brownies, cookies, and other delicious pastries. Crepes are fun to make^^

Got no idea what zest is to be honest.
But it seems good.
I love baking muffins and cake and cookies since they are fast, easy, with things i usually got at home and super tasty but when i bake for one of my parents dinners i often bake a cake with peach and marsan cream (dont know if thats how its said on english) i also love to bake Shrovetide bun (google translate FTW) , gingerbreads are fun to bake also.

Ooh gingerbread is definitely a favorite here. But it has to be very fresh I hate my gingerbread too hard and crunchy. X-X
