Cant get member status

Hey I cant get member status because this account was with chaptermaster118 and I cant get on a different account now that a logged in on this one. I just wanted to get member on chaptermaster11 but cant. Can Anyone help?

Go to your history and erase all history since the beginning of time, then come back here and sign in, it will prompt you to login once again to MC top servers
