Warning pointz?!

I dont get how warning points work. Anyone explain?

The points are levels of severety, for example:

5-15 points: Your offence is recorded on our punishment history.

20-55 points: Moderated posts. Post must be approved by a staff member to be posted in public.

60-100 points: Muted. Unable to post.

You lose 5 points a day until you are completely free from all punishments. Also you can only have a maximum of 100 points at a given time.
