Weirdist glitch EVER?

For some reason, when I got on, EVERYONES skin looked like this. Pretty freaky, cuz it was like that in the other server like creative. MY GAWD :P

yer dude same with me but when i go on single player version my skin comes up marows skin instead of mine and i have to keep changing it ! its soo weird its like the server has taken over my minecraft XD
