Hey sky which one of these will help me get my fps higher my avg fps is 30

Do you have Vsynch off when I turned it off I got about 85 fps

It is good to turn VSync ON, it reduces CPU usage and it looked the same as when VSync is OFF, becasue VSync limits your framerate to the maximum monitor framerate.
