Willbobs staff application must be accepted before he is allowed back into staff, just because he was staff does not give him ANY priority over our regular members like yourselves. Staff are treated the same way with rule breaking AND reapplying/applying for staff positions. It wouldnt be fair for us to just welcome him back, he needs to be briefed and told that he cant just leave and return so quickly without thinking, because we have many people who want to be staff, and we cannot give him priority over our awesome community! That would just not be fair!
Wish him luck on his application, and tell him to stay positive and patient! :D
