Which is the best Editing Software Tool?

Well here are couple of video editing software Ive used before:

- Windows Live Movie Maker
- Camstasia Studio 6 and 7
- Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5, CS6 and CC

I have a lot of experiences with Adobe products, but I always tend to encounter troubles when it comes with rendering and making more advanced effects. People have recommended me to use Adobe After Effects (for advanced effects) or Sony Vegas Pro for (simpler GUI interface). Currently I am using Vegas Pro 13, but I would like to know personal feedback of software that you guys use.

Do not recommend any Mac OS software, as I am not interested in.

Sony Vegas Video Editing Pro, as well as Magix Movie Maker.
