minikoolwhip - Breaking The Privacy Policy

Hello.

So today I asked minikoolwhip to read my staff application but he got quite angry with me. So then i decided to mail siggi88 to ask him to read it and telling him about minikoolwhip. Then mini said in global chat "nice msg to siggi" Which means he is/was using the socialspy feature which is not permitted as stated in the Privacy Policy (http://cubebuilders.net/index.php?topic=1.0)

I am reporting this as I could of been mailing very private information and personal information.

I am also NOT just trying to get minikoolwhip demoted or punished. I am just trying to protect people from this happening again. And i warn people people not to ever give out any personal information via msg or mail until we can trust members of staff to not use this in game feature.

I also understand that Siggi88 may have allowed this feature but as mentioned in the privacy policy that you would update it, which it hasnt been.

I have screenshots of proof (links below) and i advice checking servers logs for further proof.

The privacy policy was revoked due to people bad mouthing CubeBuilders and advertising server addresses in private messages.
