xDakotaJameSx is being rude to other players cussing at them. I know you cant ban for that but maybe you can ban him for this; he is threating other players that his cousin is a admin and can ban anyone (perm ban). People keep trying to calm him down but he wont stop. Is it against the rules? Or is it allowed?

i dont know if it isnt allowed or not but in my opinion i think it shouldnt be allowed.
