When Victor arrived at the FBI headquarters he found everyone dead hanging from the roof by their feet on the other side of the room he found a note he picked it up and read it "ring a ring o roses pocket full of posies A-tissue A-tissue We all fall down" after reading it he had a vision; a shadowy figure a plague millions of people dead their dead bodies littering the street of an old city and... "me" he whispered to himself.
