What Happened?

I can't join on Cubebuilders, do any of you know why? When I try to log in Minecraft says

Failed to Connect to the server
io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: ConnectionRefused: no further information
Does anyone know why?
Is Cube down for now?
There is also no ping when I see it on my server lists
