About the Staff App's

This is specifically on the Team Speak or Skype deal. what if you dont have a microphone? does that mean youre rejected?

It will not mean an automatic rejection but it will lower your chances of getting accepted.

The reason that you need Skype is because we have staff chats where all of us can see whats going on so we can be gone and not miss anything. If you have a mic, that means that we can have Skype calls easier and so the response is intimidate. With out a mic, you have to type your responses. That can get annoying sometimes. Thats why you should really get a mic if you are thinking of applying for staff. Cheers,

No need for headset, if you have a mic and a speaker (you can hear us, we can hear you) that is fine.
