Staff Member Abusing Commands

I would like to report AzzaOwns for abusing the /home command on skyblock. He has set a home on my island and would repeatedly teleport to my island just to annoy me. I asked him to stop, but he wouldnt. Finally I surrounded his /home in cobble so he could not escape, to which he stopped a little while later and eventually got off of skyblock. This happened on December 14, 2015, a little bit before 11 PM Central Time in the United States.

/home and /sethime are donator perks, I as a staff but a nondonator cant sethome in skyblock so this isnt really abusing staff commands.
